If the product that you are interested in is unavailable but is displayed with the symbol ✉ , you can register your email address to receive an email when the product becomes available. You can also view the availability of the product at your local TOUS store and reserve it by going to “view availability in store”, which you will find on the tab for each product.
Collection time
When you place your order, the charge will be authorised on your card and you will receive an e-mail confirming that your order has been successful. We will not charge your card until we process your order and ship it from our warehouse. If it is not authorised, no charge will appear on your card and you will be notified immediately on the screen that payment hasn’t been successful. You will be asked to provide another method of payment.

How to exchange items
Changes are accepted when the piece is in perfect conditions and there has not passed more than 30 days from the purchasing date. You will also need to present the certificate of authenticity together with the sales receipt. Tous offers our customers to exchange articles within 30 days at any TOUS store worldwide except at Department Stores, Airport Stores and Multi Brand Stores that can only be exchanged at the place of purchase. Refunds
After we receive and process your return, you will issued with the appropriate refund. We aim to process refunds within 10 business days of receiving the returned package. We will send you an e-mail letting you know we have received and processed it.
After you have received the e-mail, please allow another 5-10 business days for the refund to be credited to your account. The amount of time this takes will depend on your bank or card issuer. Unfortunately this delay is beyond our control. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase. You can sign up on the “REGISTER” section of our website. After filling out the form, you should log in to your account and go to the “MY TOUS” section on the menu to finish filling out the required fields. Once you have added your details, you will be part of My TOUS and you can begin to enjoy the benefits!
If at any point you forget your password, we will send it to you again.

As soon as your order has been sent out, we will send an e-mail letting you know.
